The affected equipment has now been replaced and full capacity/resilience restored. We will continue to monitor for the next few hours to ensure there are no issues prior to resolving completely.

All services have been migrated away from the affected portion of the network. Please contact support if you are still having issues.

We will be carrying out emergency maintenance later tonight/tomorrow in Leeds to bring the network back to full performance.

The affected router has been isolated and engineers are on site currently.
